We start with a tour of your home and a confidential meeting to talk about your home and your goals in selling your home. I will provide my detailed Marketing Plan for selling your home and give advice on how to prepare your home for sale. Before we actually list your home for sale I will also provide market research data about homes that are similar to yours to help establish the value of your home.

When we place your home on the market I will manage the entire Marketing Plan for the sale of your home which includes managing the MLS, signage, photos of your home, internet advertising, open houses, showing your home to buyers and working with Realtors that have buyers for your home.

When we receive offers on your home we will review them together and discuss the specifics of the offers. Remember that the terms of an offer can be just as important as the price. If necessary we will write counter offers to any offer and I will negotiate the very best price and terms for you.

Once an offer is accepted I will monitor the entire escrow process and continue to negotiate on your behalf any issues that may arise. I will confirm that the buyer has deposited all funds required for the purchase and that the buyer’s loan is being processed in a timely manner.

I firmly believe that when working with my clients that there needs to be clear and easy communication between us. With mobile phones, email and texting I am able to quickly communicate with you and everyone else that is involved in the sale of your home.
