I set up a home search just for you and we are up to date on the home market 24 hours a day. With your “Client Portal” you receive new listing as soon as they come on the market and we can go look at the homes the same day they come on the market! You always know what is going on in the market.

When we find the perfect home I do the market research to determine a reasonable value for the home before you write an offer. We then write the offer with the price and terms that you are comfortable with. We will include a pre-approval letter from your lender to show the seller that you are a qualified buyer. I represent you, actively negotiating for you, through out the offer process and the escrow period.

When your offer is accepted I open escrow for you and coordinate the transaction with the seller’s agent. During the escrow period we will have all the inspections of the home and I will negotiate any repair issues with the sellers. I coordinate the appraisal and the loan with your lender and the escrow company.

I firmly believe that when working with my clients that there needs to be clear and easy communication between us. With mobile phones, email and texting I am able to quickly communicate with you and everyone else that is involved in the purchase of your new home. I am always available to you throughout the process to keep you informed and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
