To help you in your search I will:
- Help you create a shopping list of important features you would like to see in your new home. This list will help you as you visit homes for sale.
- Search the MLS daily for new listings of homes that best meet your criteria.
- Provide printed information on all homes in the Multiple Listing Service that you are interested in seeing.
- Arrange for you to personally tour any homes that are of interest to you.
To help you with financial matters I will:
- Provide assistance in determining your estimated monthly payment.
- Provide a written estimate of your closing cost before you make any offer.
- Provide assistance with contacting lenders for loan pre-approval.
To help you with the purchase process I will:
- Provide the research necessary for you to establish a reasonable price to offer.
- Assist with the preparation of all offers to purchase your new home.
- Present your offer to the seller. I will present your offer in person if the seller allows.
- Explain any counter offers and negotiate for you with the seller.
After your offer has been accepted I will:
- Open an escrow account with the escrow company of your choice.
- Maintain continuous contact with the escrow company and explain the process while your home is in escrow.
- Coordinate appraisals, inspections and the satisfaction of contingencies.
- Consult with you on results of any inspection reports or appraisals.
- Provide to you, at the close of escrow, a complete file of your transaction.
